And the more satanic the theme, the better.

Knowing that I am not all-knowing, what other bands are out there?

I've only recently begun listening to Metal. Don't really know who's good or not. But I like what I hear.

SETH thanks for those band names. I have been out of the music loop for a while because of many reasons but have been wanting to get back into it and didn't know the name of the newer metal bands. Thanks!

I like allot of those as well as Marilyn Manson, and Good Charlotte. Some of the ones mentioned I have not heard of and am going to look them up. Have any of you heard Rockbitch, I down loaded an mpeg called whore of Satan that they were performing. Not much in the was of lyrics but the on stage sex was, shall we say interesting.

I seen Rockbitch parform on stage in an underground video and they are pretty satanic in their movements too. I love all those bands but also Black Sabboth is Very satanic in lyrics, the Emperor is another Very Black metal band I love. Type O Negative, and Korn are Very dark bands too that I love.

I like alot of dark music as well havent heard some of the heavier ones in a while but regularly listen to some of the more mainstream ones such as marilyn manson,
nine inch nails,monster magnet,archenemy,OTEP,Korn,Primus,AFI...and of course black sabbath are one of my favs...

I highly recommend Hard Attack if you have Sirius. Good for getting me in the mood to actually get stuff done around my house and running people off the road when in the car. If I ever get a portable device such as a an Ipod, it'll be tough to ride with a measure of sanity whilst on the bike.
